Transformer substation wall, decorated by P. Šematulskis – Naujoji g. 5, next to the Jotvingis shopping centre. In the work, the artist used motifs from the photography of Zenonas Bulgakovas. The artist chose the wall of the transformer substation because, in his opinion, the wall was among the most unattractive in the area.
